
The 2022/23 dodgeball season will see British Dodgeball launch our first ever National Secondary Schools Championships. These championships are for children in years 7 & 8.

The entry fee is £65 per team entered (not per school entered) which will be invoiced on the entry deadline. By entering a Schools Championship each team will get access to the British Dodgeball Introduction to School Dodgeball online course and the British Dodgeball Introduction to Officiating Dodgeball online course for two members of staff on each course.
Please note we have decided to postpone the Round 1 Local Area competition for this first season. We shall start the championships at Round 2 – Regional Tournaments.
To enter the Secondary Schools Championships complete and submit the Entry Form. Once submitted we will be in touch to confirm your entry via email.
Deadline for Entry = 20th January 2023
All schools competing in a championship event are required to have a free Education Membership with British Dodgeball.
If you can no longer attend a competition, please notify James as soon as possible. Refunds will be issued in-line with our Refund and Cancellation Policy

ROUND 1 – LOCAL AREA – Postponed for Year 1
School teams that enter will be split into local area rounds and play at 1 host venue. There will be a maximum of 3 teams per local area event. Local area groups are organised by British Dodgeball along with recommendations of playing format. These rounds are organised individually by schools. Home v Away format or Round Robin Group
ROUND 2 – REGIONAL FINALS
British Dodgeball will host the 7 regional finals in the following areas: North East, North West, East Midlands, West Midlands, South West, South and South East. The exact locations and dates of these regional finals will be confirmed as soon as possible. There is no additional entry fee for qualifying schools to attend the Regional Finals. British Dodgeball staff and referees will manage and coordinate the Regional Finals
